The Flamenco Dance in Spain

Although much less research has been done on the flamenco dance than flamenco music was recorded in the city of Cadiz in Spain at some point in the Phoenician empire, Hindu dancers were entertainers for parties, including characteristics were included in processions and religious celebrations local.

This very strong resemblance to East Indian dance is seen in the Bharata Natyam Katak, Kathakali NianiPuri and styles. The components that are clearly in the flamenco dance in sharp angles of the arms and body, the barrel rotates quickly, fingers extended, deep folds and of course, the actions of foot percussion.

The Mozarabic Zambra was taken from time to time during a very short period in the late 19th century to early 20th century, but it has some responsibility for the expansion of flamenco dance. In 2 / 4 time, this dance shared characteristics of Andalusian folk dance with Arabic as the rudimentary stage costume unusual, cymbals and tambourines. But this is not comparable to the tango dance and Sevillanas Bulerias money, only the group of gypsies in the caves of Granada. In fact, with the exception of a few feet in the shares of percussion Shikhate Morocco, there is no real similarity between flamenco and oriental dance. Some actions, including open-knee hip flamenco are credited to the inspiration of the African colonies and Indian dance.

Where it began, because the Spanish people are swelling with pride by dancing the flamenco, the Spanish flag certainly dance with them.
